Iron Horse Mobile, LLC provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance
services at the customer’s location. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism in all
work performed, all services are provided “as-is” and without warranties, either express or
implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose.

Liability Limitation:
Iron Horse Mobile, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not
limited to damage to customer property, delays, loss of use, or lost profits. Our liability, if
any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the service location is safe, legal, and
accessible. The customer assumes full responsibility for any parking violations, towing, or
citations incurred during service.

No Guarantee of Completion:
Certain repairs may not be possible or advisable to complete in a mobile setting. In such
cases, Iron Horse Mobile, LLC may recommend off-site service or a licensed repair
facility.

Parts Warranty:
Parts provided by the customer are used at the customer’s own risk and carry no warranty
from Iron Horse Mobile, LLC. Parts supplied by Iron Horse Mobile, LLC may be
covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty, subject to their terms.

Environmental Compliance:
Iron Horse Mobile, LLC complies with all applicable environmental regulations in
the State of Kansas and disposes of fluids and parts legally and responsibly.

Acceptance of Terms:
By requesting or accepting service, the customer agrees to the terms of this disclaimer and
releases Iron Horse Mobile, LLC and its representatives from any and all claims,
damages, or liabilities arising from the services provided.
